The overall method has a stronginterdisciplinary trend, which all the more shows therichness of this type of research. It will no doubt createnew incentives for the improvement of legislation, aswell as for new research in this genre. It should alsogive an incentive to investigate similar problems froma comparative perspective, for which the methodologyhas the potential.
